We had a great stay and would absolutely book again. The location is hard to beat, just a short walk to both the ocean and Mission Bay, which made it perfect for our family. The house was comfortable and well suited for four people, with plenty of space to relax after a day out. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the check-in process was simple with clear instructions. The host was very responsive and even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. The amenities were great, especially the rooftop patio which was a highlight. It was also very kid friendly, with games and toys that our kids really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet enough and we had no issues with noise. The home is also within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in both Mission Beach and Pacific Beach, which made getting around easy without needing to drive. Overall, a fantastic spot for a San Diego trip and we would highly recommend it.

Our stay at this charming Airbnb in San Diego was absolutely delightful! Nestled just a short walk from Belmont Park, the location couldn’t have been more perfect for our beach getaway. We loved waking up to the sound of ocean waves and being able to stroll over to the amusement park for evening rides on the historic Giant Dipper roller coaster. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with a coastal vibe that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped for whipping up quick meals, and the comfortable king bed ensured we got restful nights after long days exploring Mission Beach. Our host, Sarah, was incredibly responsive and provided great local tips, like the best spots for fish tacos nearby. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient spot in San Diego. Five stars all the way—we can’t wait to come back!

We had such a lovely stay at Adam’s, it was right near Belmont park and the beach pretty walkable to everything we wanted to do especially with our dog. The place was clean and we had everything and more than we needed, comfy bed and amenities❤️ Having a parking spot was an also a plus it was compact but we definitely fit my Corolla no issue! Would love to stay again and recommend anyone looking for a place to stay near the beach!

I had a very nice, longer stay at Adam's place and loved the location. I would definitely stay again. Walking distance to attractions, eateries, grocery stores and cafes. Lots of free parking in the neighborhood if you're driving. What was great about Adam's place: Location - so easy to get to the zoo, museums, restaurants Mattress - I'm picky about my mattresses - this one let me sleep very well Space - roomy enough for three or 4 Washer/dryer, full kitchen - great for a longer stay - sharp kitchen knives Recently renovated This apartment is on a busy street (hence the great location), but there will be some street noise as a result. It was not bothersome or excessive. Adam was responsive when I made requests.

What an awesome spot in the heart of mission beach. The perfect amount of beach house character and I felt right at home when I walked in the door. So much space for an AirBNB in this area plus the off street parking was icing on the cake. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful.

Two night stay for a couple + a pal--great location, smooth check-in. Close to North Park businesses/restaurants/breweries along and just off of University Ave. Transit station just outside. Comfy couch and bed. One bedroom has AC but overnight temps were nice in February so the 2nd bedroom was still a good temp. There's also a great lil biscuit shop that's a <5min walk away that has breakfast and coffee! Thanks for having us!

It was a really great place for our stay and had everything we could need. The location can’t be beat either, with so many things within walking distance. The parking spot is really compact as described, but my Civic was able to fit. Thanks, would definitely stay here again!

Adam was a great host! The place was clean and roomy and had the perfect set up and wifi for me to do my remote work. Great location right next to the beach and plenty of towels if you decide to go. Parking provided in the garage was perfect for the location. I highly recommend staying here!
