🏠 House Rules • NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – This is a quiet residential home. Any gatherings, loud music, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. • QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. • IMMEDIATE TERMINATION – If we receive any verified noise complaints, evidence of a party, or unauthorized guests, your reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund, and you may be asked to vacate the property. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless otherwise approved in writing. • Please treat our home as you would your own. Our stay at this downtown San Diego penthouse was amazing! The place was absolutely beautiful , super clean, spacious, and had the best city views, especially at night. The location was perfect too, close to everything but still felt peaceful and private when we were inside. The host was beyond accommodating and made everything so easy for us, from check-in to check-out. They were quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell they care about their guests and the space. We had such a great time and honestly didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay in downtown San Diego with a great host, this is the one. Would 100% stay here again!

Adam was an exceptional host. The place was phenomenal but I do recommend getting black out curtains or bring eye covers to block the city lights (so bright). Regardless, I’d stay here a million times over. Very clean and central to alot of downtown activities.

I can’t say enough to express my gratitude to both Adam and Gabriel for helping me pull off a magical and unforgettable proposal (to my wife of 20 years, leading up to a recommitment ceremony) at their penthouse. They were both super helpful and responsive, helped move furniture around to match my vision, took time out of their workday to make sure the music system was working flawlessly, and even coordinated with some vendors (flowers, candles, etc) to let them in the building when I wasn’t around. The evening was such a huge success, and I can’t imagine a more beautiful location at sunset. Thank you so much, guys!!!
