Please ensure you are comfortable with our rental terms and conditions as they are strictly enforced. - The minimum age to rent is 25 years of age. - The Sauna is for guests over 18 years old. - Parental supervision required at all times on rooftop deck. - We have a “NO TOLERANCE” policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing neighbors. (Possible $1000 fine and/or eviction if these rules are not followed by guests). - Bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed under any circumstances. - Parties that disturb neighbors are prohibited and will lead to immediate eviction. - All of our vacation homes are enforced with strict City of San Diego noise ordinances. - Excess of 8 guests on the property at any time will result in a fine of $99/guest per day with immediate eviction with no refunds. - Alteration of dates must be made at least 2 weeks before check in date.

Mission Beach is the perfect beach getaway. This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just 50 steps from the bay and two short blocks from the ocean. Coffee shops, shopping (including groceries), miles and miles of walking/biking paths, state-of-the-art playgrounds, Belmont Park activities, world-class casual and fine dining and countless beach activities are ALL within walking distance. There is an electric standing/sitting desk in the living area with a view of the bay - a perfect place for your virtual meeting or work from home projects.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home (1350 sq ft), which includes two bedrooms, three outdoor areas (rooftop deck, garden patio, & BBQ deck), living room, dining room, a full, private bath off of each bedroom, plus a half-bath on the main floor, a large kitchen, a sauna for four, three Smart TVs and plenty of closet space. There is a also a two-car garage for parking (clearance 6 ft), which fits two compact cars with room for an additional car in the driveway. Garage dimensions: 15’w x 14’d x 6’6”t

We had a great stay and would absolutely book again. The location is hard to beat, just a short walk to both the ocean and Mission Bay, which made it perfect for our family. The house was comfortable and well suited for four people, with plenty of space to relax after a day out. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the check-in process was simple with clear instructions. The host was very responsive and even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. The amenities were great, especially the rooftop patio which was a highlight. It was also very kid friendly, with games and toys that our kids really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet enough and we had no issues with noise. The home is also within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in both Mission Beach and Pacific Beach, which made getting around easy without needing to drive. Overall, a fantastic spot for a San Diego trip and we would highly recommend it.

It was a perfect gateway w my friend and I truly appreciate Lori sharing her lovely home w us! The location was great, easy to find, walking distance to water and lovely variety of coffee and breakfast places. We drove to so many great places in San Diego and it was never longer than 15-20 min away. While downstairs is chili and that is where both bedrooms are, the small heater was left at the door right after I texted Lori. Such a clean and comfortable home… kitchen was spotless and we had a lovely time on the rooftop! Beds were very comfortable and lined soft and cozy, plenty of extra blankets. Fireplaces were a warm and beautiful touch! Great coach in the living room where we watched NFL and college games and movies. Communication was so fast and our questions were welcomed and answered! Highly recommend this place! Thank you so much!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very unique and the rooftop views are amazing — you can see the bay, the sea, and the beach. The host replied very quickly and even prepared a crib for our baby. We would definitely come back!

Mission Beach has walking/biking paths along the bay, the beach and throughout the quaint neighborhoods. You are also welcome to bring a car. Parking is extremely limited in Mission Beach, however this home includes a two car garage with space for an additional car in the drive way.
