No Commercial Use: Commercial use of the property, including personal services, video/photo shoots, or any other commercial activities, is not allowed. Over Occupancy Fine: A fine of $99 per person will be imposed for any guests exceeding the maximum limit of 5 on the property at any time. No Parties or Events: Parties or events are not permitted on the premises. Violation will result in an immediate reservation cancellation with no refund and removal from property. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $200 fee will be charged for smoking violations. Suitable for Children: The property is suitable for toddlers and children under 12, but please ensure their safety and supervision. Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted. Violation will result in an immediate reservation cancellation with no refund and removal from property. Food and Drink: Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms. We have beach essentials to make your stay more enjoyable, including chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The ocean is lively and the bay is quiet. MISSION BAY for WATERSPORTS & LOUNGING: Walk the bay for a quieter outing or for activities like boats, paddle boards, volleyball and more. Mission Bay sports center is one mile north! MISSION/PACIFIC BEACH for SURFING, DINING & NIGHTLIFE: Head to the beach boardwalk alongside the Pacific Ocean to enjoy restaurants, bars, infamous nightlife, coffee shops and more stretching to Belmont Park, all the way up to the neighboring lively Garnett Ave. RUNNING/BIKING: For the active traveler, there is a fantastic loop around the bay which is about 12 miles. Yours is parking spot #2 Public Transport: There are bus stops close by on Mission Blvd.
