GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We value community and respect for our neighbors. We are proud to host guests who are courteous and considerate of those around them. SAN DIEGO BEACH RULES: Please be aware that failure to follow these rules may result in a ticket: • No glass on the beach • No alcohol on the beach, boardwalk, or seawall • No smoking/vaping on the beach PROPERTY RULES: • Treat the property with respect, as if it were your own. • No smoking inside or outside the property. A $500 fine will be charged for any violations. • No loud noise or parties. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved by the host. • The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. • Only use appliances and equipment designated for guest use. • If any issues arise during your stay, please contact us right away so we can address them. PET RULES: 1. Dogs must be under control at all times. 2. Report any pet-related damage immediately. 3. Guests are responsible for all pet damage costs. 4. Unreported damage found by the host will be documented, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest. 5. Dogs must be housebroken. 6. No pets under 1 year old. 7. Pets must be up-to-date on rabies and other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. 8. No pets on furniture or bedding. A $100 fee will be charged if pet hair is found. 9. Rinse and dry dogs thoroughly before entering the unit. Guest linens and towels are not to be used on pets. 10. Do not wash pets in indoor tubs or showers. Use the outdoor shower or hose. 11. Follow local leash laws and licensing requirements. 12. Clean up after pets promptly. A $50 fine will be charged for failure to do so. 13. Prevent pets from being noisy, aggressive, or causing discomfort to others. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy for parties, excessive noise, or disturbances to neighbors. No smoking on the property. Check-Out Instructions (by 10:00am): • Place all used towels in the bathrooms or in front of the washing machine. • Turn off the air conditioner and heater before leaving. • Ensure all fans and indoor fire heaters are turned off.
